The app is very effective at telling you exactly what you need to do and how to do it. It gives you step by step instructions on exactly how to move the device, how far apart they need to be etc. It scanned my leg and told me that a level 5 would be suitable and it was. There was little to no pain involved. A slight sort of tingle afterwards but nothing even close to other pain removal methods. I will say the light is INCREDIBLY bright, I need to invest in some super dark sunglasses for this. I actually moved the device to the next spot and then closed my eyes and could still see the light. So far I’m loving this, and I’m going to continue to use it.

What a fab piece of equipment! It’s my first time having any form of laser hair removal and I have to say I’ve been really impressed with how easy it is to use. The size of the device makes it comfortable to hold while carrying out the treatment in yourself, while still being compact enough to store at home. As a beginner, I was apprehensive about doing the laser hair removal myself, but the instructions were really straightforward and the app is brilliant at talking you through step by step. I’ve only used the machine a couple of times on my legs but I’m already starting to notice a difference! I’ve found it a really easy and user friendly piece of equipment.

This comes in a handy box every time store away. There is so much hype about these I wasn’t sure if it actually do what it says it does. So I done my skin followed all prompts pretty easy to follow. Back again after 24 hours followed the steps tbh was pretty simple to use and actually helped with leg hair, very surprised. Very easy to use and well worth the price.

I'm really impressed with the Philips Lumea IPL 9900 Pro. In my case, I've definitely noticed that my hair grows back much slower after using it regulary. The hair is also becoming finer, so I need to shave much less often. The device itself is really easy and comfortable to use. It’s lightweight, sits nicely in my hand and doesn't feel tiring even when treating larger areas. I also really appreciate the long cable, because I don't have to worry about being too close to a socket or constantly repositioning myself. I love that the app guides ypu through each treatments and helps make sure you dont miss any areas. The different attachments are also really handy for treating different parts of the body. Overall, its made at home hair removal so much easier for me. I'm really happy with the results so far and I love not having to think about shaving as often. Definitely a device I would recommend if you want an easy way to achieve smoother skin at home.

I always had a problem with fast growing hair. I tried Philips Lumea. It is easy to set up. It comes with an app , which remembers skin and progress. It reminds me about the next session. The product is easy to use. I didn't have any skin concerns after the first use. It feels like a little stink when it is working on the hair. I can't wait to see the effect after using it for a long time.

I hadn't tried IPL hair removal before and I did find it took a bit of getting used to. On my first try, I found it a bit too much due to the heat and the red flashing light and I gave up after treating one leg. My second try was better now that I knew what to expect and I managed to do both legs. I have sensitive skin and most hair removal techniques I have tried in the past have left my skin irritated, but I was pleased not to have any irritation from the IPL machine. It is now a few days after my second treatment and I can see a noticeable difference in the number of hairs on the leg I have treated twice compared to the one I have treated once, there are probably only about half as many hairs left. I found the app really useful as it helps you to correct your technique as you go and tells you whether or not you have good contact with your skin. Overall I am pleased with the results so far and I will carry on using the product.

Much lighter than previous models making it easier to use. Slight nip, easy and safe to use. Good for long term hair removal with reduced regrowth following consistent use. Very happy with the results!

The Philips Lumea IPL is a well thought out and handy gizmo. I'm a dark haired/light skinned woman. I did a skin check as required 24hrs before I started treatment. I was fine on the highest setting so did my lower legs the day after. No burning or side effects to report. The flash is very bright so try not to look at it. The size is very convenient and I love it comes with other adaptations for your bikini line or lower face. Easy to follow instructions via the app. Thoroughly recommend and doesn't take as long as I thought.

The product is amazing hardly any noise, has the perfect build and performance is 10/10 great product perfect for hairs shaved having to shave and it is perfectly packaged

Schon nach 2 Behandlungen bemerkt man einen Unterschied und der Aufwand ist minimal. Die App erinnert einem wann die nächste Behandlung erfolgen soll und begleitet jeden Schritt, sogar mit Audio und Feedbacks. Die angebotenen Hautanalysen sind präzise und helfen ebenfalls bei der richtigen Anwendung. Preistechnisch ist das Gerät eventuell nicht allzu günstig, jedoch unvergleichbar mit echten Behandlungen, die nach wenigen Terminen den Kaufpreis überschreiten. Für mich persönlich ist das Lumea 9900 Pro eine klare Weiterempfehlung!
