Having used this shave for a couple of weeks, I would recommend it to all men. Firstly the magnetic cover that covers the shave heads, also fits securely on the bottom of the shaver which is a great feature. The shaver itself is a modern gunmetal colour and feel quality. You switch it on by sliding your finger up the control shaver and it turns on a white light underneath the shave heads, and another swipe for off.With regards the shave itself, it gives an extremely close shave . Its also compact enough to take with you on holiday and the USB charger again is a great addition for travel. Overall, this is a quality shaver. Modern looking, long run time, and a dream to use.

I absolutely Thoroughly enjoyed testing this new handheld and on the go electric razor . The reason why I really enjoyed it is because it provided me such a close shave with very little irritation but then also I was able to Transport this compact razor on my travels. It charges in quite a short space of time And the battery life last really really well which is essential for me when I'm always on the go and just need a little bit of a freshen up ahead of a day. The razor is really stylish and compact and something that I would recommend any man wanting to keep their facial hair trend

I was pleased to be sent this shaver by Philips to test and review for them. It uses their usual round blades, so you know it'll provide a good shave from the get-go. It's very compact, I was actually heading on holiday a few days after I received it and I can say it was very easy to fit into my case, much easier than my usual shaver. Provided a close but comfortable shave, no problems at all!

What a brilliant little product ideal for packing away when going on holiday

This shaver is lightweight, compact and with its travel pouch ideal for taking out when you are on the move. It is close to silent when switched on. It really does provide a close shave and provides a very pleasing smooth result. Definately the best travel shaver I have ever used.

I’ve been waiting for this modern iteration of this Philips classic for a while now. I must say that I haven’t been disappointed. The sleek design of the Philips 700 series S791/06 Wet & Dry Electric Compact Shaver fits well in the hand and the swipe on and off function is easy to use. The new magnetic motor is extremely quiet and at the same time very powerful giving a smooth shave. It is quick to charge and the battery life is impressive. I look forward to this razor being a faithful travel companion for many years to come.

The size of the unit, plus its accessories makes it ideal for use outside of the home. It takes up so little space. The closeness of the shave amazed me - far better than my current series 5000. Its quiet in operatation too.

This is a great trade razor that really does the job. Very close shave as good as the lager models of electric razors. Quick to charge either with cable or wireless with charge pad. So quiet I cam bearly hear the motor running. Ideal for travel or everyday use, can be used wet or dry. The added bonus of a nose trimer also, this razor is just perfect for the man about town.

L'idée de départ est très pertinente (un rasoir compact, silencieux, pensé pour les déplacements et les chambres d'hôtel) et la conception est excellente, presque parfait, on est sur un produit très qualitatif ! Le matériau choisi pour le corps du rasoir donne une véritable impression de très haute qualité. J'apprécie beaucoup la housse de protection en similicuir avec sa fermeture aimantée, qui renforce vraiment l'aspect haut de gamme de l'ensemble. Cependant, la couleur de l'embout narine diffère (blanc au lieu du gris gunmetal), la hauteur n'est plus la même, et il est donc impossible de refermer le capot si l'on souhaite laisser cette tête installée en permanence. Par contre, c'est de loin le meilleur "nose trimmer" que j'ai pu essayer ! Il est très très efficace. La tête du rasoir est extrêmement douce et conçue pour ne pas irriter. Quitte à proposer un rasoir à têtes interchangeables, une tondeuse de précision droite (trimmer) aurait été un excellent ajout, ou même également une tête à grille (foil shaver), cela donnerait une véritable polyvalence à ce rasoir compact lors des déplacements. Et je dirait pas non à un tout petit plus de puissance pour un rasage encore plus rapide sans irritation dû au repassage.
