I have been looking for an all-round steam iron for quite some time and, after researching and reading reviews, I decided to try this one and, oh boy, I was not disappointed! It is very user friendly and ideal for guys who, like me, are not experts at ironing or are not very coordinated. I just add the water, plug the iron in and waiting for the blinking light to go solid which means the water is hot enough for me to use the iron. It glides seamlessly on my clothes and bed linen! It comes with a handy cup to pour the water in which is great because I tend to spill - oops! When you are done, just empty the remaining water to minimise rusting and stuff. Every so often, I empty the mineral salts container (or whatever it is called, it is the yellow compartment neatly hidden on the back of the iron). The cord is big enough for me to move around the ironing board without worrying if I am going to trip. I was so happy that I bought another one for my mum and she is absolutely in love. She calls it "The Plain" because it really glides seamlessly over your clothes and bed linen! Cannot recommend enough!

I’ve been using irons from Philips since 2005! This one is the best that I’ve purchased!Last one was still a Azur pro, but this one is simply the best!I love it:form, wheigt,steam, cable, plate!Love, love,love!

Very good product. The handle is a bit bulky for small hands, slightly heavy but that's a good thing for me I don't need to press too much. Works better with water than dry. A bit confusing at the beginning that one needn't select the right temperature but .. it works!

Product is user friendly and the automatic heat adjustment is a great feature.

Light iron and really easy to use. The time it takes to iron a shirt compared to our old iron has almost halved. It really does have fantastic results. Happy with the length of the cord but this could always be longer.

The iron was fabulous, it was very easy to fill with water and warmed up very quickly. I used it on my husbands work shirts and my daughters school summer dresses and they both looked really well once ironed and it didn’t take much effort to get the creases out because this iron is quite heavy compared to my old iron. I thought it used a lot of water very quickly for the amount of shirts and small dresses I was ironing but I guess that is part of the way it can do different materials without moving any dials.

The iron has been brilliant! It has made my ironing considerably quicker where I don't have to play around with settings to iron different materials. Nice stylish product that gets the job done very quickly.
